When it comes to massage I don't like to separate these two varieties. Sometimes you need more pressure on your shoulders and neck and less on your legs. One day you want to have all the extra pressure, but the next, your body feels more sensitive and you'd prefer a firm, more relaxing hour. Stretching is an essential part of your body's health. Our bodies are designed to move, and massage and stretching give you not only the sense of general well-being but increase mobility and flexibility. This can be done as part of your massage, or you can have an hour of advanced stretching done on the massage table as well.

The stones are comforting, deeply relaxing, and so far, I haven't met a person who doesn't enjoy this little treat for the neck, shoulders, back, and legs! Addition to regular massage, hot stones promote deep muscle and tissue relaxation, calm your mind, and help you feel the muscle tension melting away.

I like to incorporate the bamboo sticks for deeper work. This ancient approach is another way to knead out all the muscle tension and daily stress. Effective addition to the massage, lighter or deeper pressure and can be used on people of all ages.




Foot Reflexology is a type of bodywork that involves applying pressure to the feet. The different points on the foot correspond to different organs and systems of the body. It is very relaxing with many benefits, such as releasing endorphins that help reduce pain and stress.
