What is Reiki?

Reiki is an energy healing! It is a Japanese technique that helps with reducing stress, anxiety, pain, and so much more. It is a relaxing, non-invasive therapy that utilizes life force energy to aid the body in healing itself. It supports the body's own healing process, and it is effective for physical, spiritual, mental, and emotional relief! 

Reiki can do no harm and can only work in the best interest of the recipient!

I could use Reiki during a massage session or just on its own. If you are far or cannot find a time to make it to the office, we can schedule a distance healing that is just as effective!


The benefits are profound and exceed way above the physical body!


As I mentioned above, Reiki helps your mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being!

We are human doings(although we are supposed to be human beings), always on the run, always busy, always multitasking. Reiki gives you time just to BE while you receive the healing benefit of the energy.
