Breathwork wasn’t my first language.
But over time, it became the one that helped me hear myself again—beneath the noise, the pressure, the performance.
Turns out, breathing on purpose does more than just keep you alive. It helped me get honest with myself, stop performing, and start paying attention—for real.
Hi, I am Lili
I didn’t land in this work because everything was working.
I landed here because I was burning out while still trying to do everything “right.”
On the outside? Capable. Calm. On top of it.
On the inside? Wired. Tired. Not okay—and not saying it out loud.
Breathwork wasn’t a magic fix. But it gave me access to something real.
Something steady. Something I could come back to—especially when everything else felt too much.
Now, I help other people do the same.
People who carry a lot.
People who feel like their nervous system has been stuck on “go” for years.
People who look fine—but feel disconnected, resentful, or just plain done.
Through breathwork, nervous system education, and practical tools, I support professionals, creatives, caregivers, and leaders in building regulation they can actually feel—and return to.
This work includes:
-
One-on-one sessions
-
Group programs
-
Retreats
-
And real-life practices that support your system, not override it
It’s not about doing more.
It’s about feeling more grounded, more honest, and more at home in your own body.

Things I Believe:
-
You don’t have to fall apart to deserve support.
-
Your nervous system isn’t broken—it’s trying to protect you.
-
Stillness isn’t laziness. It’s power.
-
Regulation is more important than routine.
-
You can be a high-functioning human and still feel lost sometimes.
-
Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is pause.
-
Breath can say what words can’t.
-
The body always knows. We just need to listen.
